How wrong they were. I persevered as I was getting rave reviews from the many thousands of people who tried Pinkster at Food Festivals and at the last count there were hundreds of pink gins in the market.  The vast majority are sweet and artificial.  At one point pink gin accounted for almost 20% of the market.  But our competitors looked at the popularity of Pinkster and put it down to the colour when in fact it is the lack of sugar and the careful balance of the botanicals that have ensured that twelve years after launch we are still in demand and being poured in bars across the country.  I spent four and a half years perfecting the recipe and a few weeks on the brand.  It is a surprisingly difficult gin to make and the recipe is still a closely guarded secret. \u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Hedgepig Spirits","offers":[{"title":"70cl","offer_id":52389039243597,"sku":null,"price":36.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"35cl","offer_id":52389039276365,"sku":null,"price":22.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"3L","offer_id":52389039309133,"sku":null,"price":120.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true},{"title":"5cl","offer_id":52389039341901,"sku":null,"price":5.0,"currency_code":"GBP","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0906\/9228\/8845\/files\/Pinkster_Bag_in_Box_1.png?v=1757430263","url":"https:\/\/hedgepigspirits.myshopify.com\/products\/pinkster-gin-copy","provider":"Hedgepig Spirits","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
