Damson & Black Bullace

A rather enjoyable fruit gin liqueur blending the traditional winter flavour of damson with the sweet plumminess of the wild black bullace.  Black bullace is a wild hedgerow fruit that is much larger than a sloe but not oval like a damson. The blend is a match made in heaven.  Perfect for cold winter days either in a flask or with cheese.
