Pinkster Elderflower and Raspberry Spritz

A delicious award-winning lower alcohol spirit made using a by-product of Pinkster Gin.  When we make Pinkster Gin Jam from the boozy berries we are left with the liquid the raspberries have been stored in.  We blend this with our delicious Hedgepig Elderflower Liqueur to make this outstanding spritz. Drizzle into Prosecco or mix with tonic, soda water or lemonade for a long drink that is 1/3 of the strength and 1/3 of the calories of a glass of wine.

It won the coveted Spirit Masters in the low and no category in 2021.

We drink it all the time at home with a shot of home-made lemonade and topped up with tonic water

At 24% ABV it has a long shelf-life.
